Base prices are for a one character commission with no background or a solid color background.
For every extra character: +half the base price

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the Terms of Service written below. Please read until the end to clear all doubts and avoid misunderstandings.1. GENERAL· First come first serve!· Provide me with clear references of the characters along with good examples of their outfits and personalities (if needed) and let me know of all details and/or extra stuff that you’d like to include. If these aren't provided, concept work will be paid separately.· Base prices are for a one character commission with no background or a solid color background. For background prices, check the "EXTRA WILL BE CHARGED IF" section.· By requesting a nsfw commission you are confirming that you are +18. If I find out that you lied about your age, you will be blacklisted.· I have the right to cancel or turn down your commission at any given time.2. PAYMENT· All commissions must be paid full upfront through a Paypal Invoice in euros (€).3. PROCESS· You will receive a WIP:1. When the sketch is done.
2. When the lineart is done (in case of full commission).
3. If I have any doubts through the process.· Your commission can/may take up to 1 month to be completed. I have a disability that affects my work rhythm. Other factors such as health, order of commission, family issues, complexity, etc, can also affect the time of completion. If any of these occur, you will be notified as soon as possible and you will be refunded if I can't complete your commission.4. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY· I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself with in any place or site, display it anywhere to my liking and post it wherever I want (this can be discussed if it's a gift).· The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY.5. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY· I, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund the money of your commission at any time during the process if I assess that it can't be completed for any number of reasons, including but not limited to: health issues, the client mistreating me, finding out a client lied about their age before asking for a +18 piece.
If the client is at fault for my decision not to complete the piece: the client will be refunded in full and will not receive the files.
In any other cases: If the piece is in an advanced enough stage of the process, the possibility of a partial refund + the unfinished files being sent can be discussed. The client may ask for a full refund if they so wish, but they won't receive any files in that case.· If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner can cancel the order, but once the payment has been received and I’ve started to work on your commission, you have no right to demand a refund.6. · NSFWFor nsfw art: Ask me first if you’re unsure of whether or not I can draw what you want. Certain nsfw scenarios make me extremely uncomfortable and I will not draw them.7. WON’T DO· RPS
· Mecha and vehicles
· Gore
· Some kinks
· Anything I deem lgbtphobic, racist, sexist, ableist or offensive and inappropriate.8. EXTRA WILL BE CHARGED IF· You want me to do character design work. That involves more things to discuss with the client and more research, time and effort going into the piece.· You want me to draw a background. Backgrounds are priced based on complexity, the prices are as follows:1. Simple shapes backgrounds with minimal details and shading: Can range between 15-30€.
2. Detailed backgrounds (in my usual art style) with proper shading: Can range from 50-100€ depending on the amount of details.
3. Realistic or really complex backgrounds: Can range between 100-300€ depending on the amount of details.· You wish to make minor changes to the piece. First two minor changes will be free, but after that you will be charged an extra 25% every time you request something else to be modified.· Major changes (like completely changing the whole composition and idea of the piece) will always be charged (75% of the commission's price) and won't be allowed if we're past the sketch phase and I've already started the lineart.
